This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Perry is a belligerent ass. His secretary didn't relay the message I left correctly, so they inspected my roof without me being there. Called me and said it would be a couple hundred for the inspection. When I explained that they were actually not supposed to inspect it in the manner they were thinking and they were not to have looked at it until I could speak with him, he called me every name in the book. Cussed me out from one end to the other. I hung up on him and he actually called me back and continued cussing me and calling me names. I did need my roof replaced. If he would have been nice he would have gotten my business...Instead, Freet roofing is now my go to guy for my houses. Run fast and far from Hot Springs Roofing.
Only gave this company a star in order to tell my experience that I have had with them. The owner himself came out and told me I had severe roof damage YET when him and my insurance agent showed up here at the same time as soon as the agent asked to borrow a ladder PERRY HAULED ASS! My agent in close detail checked my roof and had been doing this for 28 yrs and said MY ROOF HAD NO DAMAGE WHAT SO EVER. I had time invested dealing with getting a claim going and was left looking like an idiot. After reading other people's reviews on this company they shouldn't even be able to run this business!!!!!!! A FEW HOURS After posting MY REVIEW the secretary CALLS ME AND WANTS TO KNOW WHY I GAVE THEM A BAD REVIEW ,, I thought I typed the situation out VERY SIMPLE ... so unprofessional of her and RUDE to call because MY bad review, I TOLD HER SHE best loose my number and she hung up
Horrible customer service guy screaming on the phone...my money for my new roof is going somewhere but not to this place. Your customers pay it bills..you treat them with respect...worst experience ever....do not recommend
It is beyond me that people have no problem going on social media to attack someone's character they do not know because they did not get what they wanted. I have known the owner of this company going on 7 years now and I can tell you he is not a drunk nor have I ever seen him drink. I work for him! When a customer gets a roof put on in 2009 and then comes to us in 2016 stating he has a leak NOW and wants us to fix it at no charge 7 years later when there have been numerous hail storms and other mother nature related issues like squirrels eating into their fascia, it is not the roofers responsibility to fix it at no charge. Hot Springs Roofing, Inc would never tell a customer to just go away and not come out to fix it unless the customer refuses to pay for the work needed to fix the issue. Seems like you can not make everyone happy and there will always be people that just love to be unhappy.
